Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from the United Kingdom from 15 September 2026 onwards.

United Kingdom

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery at a flat rate of £2 per order.

Please allow additional time for your order to be packed and processed before dispatch. Delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Singapore

We will continue to offer shipping to Singapore. Shipping rates and delivery options for orders sent from the UK to Singapore are currently being finalised and will be updated once confirmed.

The applicable shipping fee will always be shown at checkout before payment.

International Shipping

Additional international shipping destinations may be made available in the future. Available destinations and applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Mail

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by the relevant postal or courier service and may occasionally be subject to delays beyond our control.

If you believe your order has been significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at crumblisticki@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll do our best to assist you.
